The hotel was in a shopping neighborhood. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast. I used free parking on site. Ideal base for your vacations in Seoul;))
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

we stayed in the suite, which was 2 bedroomed, and provided plenty of space for the kids to play, whilst also providing washing ,drying facilities. The food in the hotel was very expensive, whilst the fitness area had a charge even for hotel guests.

The room was big and comfortable that provides a home feel for visitors.
The limitation of pax in per room. We stayed in the three bedroom suite that can hold 7 people but however was limit to only 4 person. If the limitation may be adjusted, everything would be perfect.

Very large two-bedroom apartment-like room. Close to bus stop and many restaurants on the street. Great buffet breakfast at the Hilton across the street.

The furniture are too old as well as the electrical fixtures. I strongly recommend full renovations

The staff was great. I liked the crabtree shampoo etc.
Let me count the ways I did not like it. First it was misrepresented on Booked.net. This is where old hotel furniture comes to die. The kitchen did not have a microwave and was designed in the 70s. The tv was vintage as well. I now have a nasty sinus infection due to the 40 yr old carpet in my bedroom. The bed was too hard and uncomfortable. The entrance and hallways remind me of a college dorm built in the 70s. I got all of this for the low low price of $1,000. Unfortunately this is all I had because everywhere was booked for the holiday. I needed to get there to pick up my adotive daughter and was glad I only spent 14 hrs in the room with her before departing for home.

The staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus was a great help in moving to and from the hotel. We had to become acquainted with the timetable that was dependent upon traffic. Having the car greet us and help with baggage was great, as was the help in getting us and our gear to the bus stop for our return trip to Inchon.
I would have expected wi-fi to be available but was disappointed and the cost associated with using the internet in the business office was exorbitant. I was surprised that the Hilton would be so far behind in this area as all other hotels I have recently stayed in have had this facility available for their guests.
